儿童性早熟目前尚无理想的治疗方法。徐蔚霖认为，性早熟病在冲任，源在肝肾，治疗重在调理冲任和肝肾，尤应以疏肝理气为主，用药以入肝经药为先。对肾阴亏虚、相火亢盛患儿，加用滋阴补肾清火类药。对肝经湿热、气机郁滞患儿，酌加清热凉血、利湿化浊之品。用药当注意顾护脾胃。

There is no ideal therapeutic method in sexual precocity.Dr.Xu Wei Lin,a famous specialist,considers that the localities of this disease are Chong and Ren meridians,deriving from liver and spleen.He emphasis regulating Chong and Ren meridians,liver,and spleen,relieving the depressed liver,soothing the liver and regulating the circulating Qi.Drugs promoting the circulation of liver Qi should be used first.For pediatric patients with deficiency of kidney-Yin and hyperactivity of ministerial fire,drugs that nourishing Yin and the kidney and clearing heat and purging fire is added.For patient with dampness and heat of the liver meridian and stagnation of Qi,some drugs that can removing pathogenic heat from blood and removing dampness by diuresis may be added in necessary.Protecting spleen and stomach should be taken care of in prescription.A characteristic method,taking medicine intermittently,is given in this article.
