垂体细胞瘤1例病例报道并文献复习

MRI Features of Pituicytoma
摘要
垂体细胞瘤为起源于成年人神经垂体或垂体柄神经胶质细胞的实体性、良性、梭形星形细胞肿瘤，是一种少见的鞍区与鞍上区肿瘸。到目前为止，在英文文献中共有29例垂体细胞瘤经过病理确认并被报道，其中包括1例尸检时偶然发现病例。
