摘要
目的探索糖尿病性新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的新的治疗方法以提高疗效。方法对11例(13只眼)糖尿病性NVG采用结膜下注射α-干扰素联合青光眼阀门植入手术以及术后及时的眼底光凝治疗。结果11例(13只眼)糖尿病性NVG眼压控制正常,术后1个月平均眼压为17.3mmHg,角膜恢复透明,8例(9只眼)视力不同程度的提高,3例(4只眼)视力不变,无视力下降,虹膜面新生血管完全消退或仅余很少,角膜透明,前房无积血。11例(13只眼)术后1个月后均行全视网膜光凝。结论该方法不仅可消退虹膜面的新生血管,促使前房积血的吸收,恢复角膜的透明,而且可抑制阀门引流盘周围的纤维增生,有利于术后眼压的控制,恢复了部分视力。
Objective To explore a new method to improve the treatment of diabetic neovascular glaucoma. Methods α-interferon subconjunctival injection was used and Amed glaucoma value was implanted of 11 patients (13 eyes),after the operation,they were treated with photocoagulation in time. Results After the operation,IOP of 11 patients(13 eyes)with diabetic neovascular glaucoma was brought to normal,about 17.3 mm Hg(one month later). In 8 patients (9 eyes) of them,vision was improved ,3 patients (4 eyes) of them ,vision was non-changed,without declining eyesight. The iris new vessel decreased or regressed,cornea became transparent ,no hemorrhage occurred in anterior chamber. One month later,11 patients(13 eyes)all were treated photocoagulation. Conclusion This method not only can decreased or regress the iris new vessels,absorb the anterior chamber hemorrhage and restore the cornea transparent,but can inhibit the valve drainage plate surrounding fiber hyperplasia .Good intraocular pressure control,restore some vision.
