睫状体冷冻联合睫状血管结扎术治疗绝对期青光眼的临床体会

The clinical experience of treating absolute glaucoma by cyclocryosurgery association with vasa ciliary ligation

目的探讨睫状体冷冻联合睫状血管结扎术治疗绝对期青光眼的疗效。方法98例(98只眼)绝对期青光眼患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取睫状体冷冻联合睫状血管结扎术,对照组单纯行睫状体冷冻术。结果治疗组治愈43例(87.76%),好转4例(8.16%),无效2例(4.08%),治愈好转率95.92%;对照组治愈25例(51.02%),好转13例(26.53%),无效11例(22.45%),治愈好转率77.55%。两组疗效比较有统计学意义。结论睫状体冷冻联合睫状血管结扎术治疗绝对期青光眼可以减轻术后疼痛、缩短疼痛持续时间,而且降压效果更明显。

Objective To discuss the principle and efficacy of cyclocryosurgery and vasa ciliary ligation in treating absolute glaucoma.Methods 98 cases （98 eyes） in patients with absolute glaucoma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group treated with cyclocryosurgery and vasa ciliary ligation,control group treated with cyclocryosurgery simply.Results In treatment group,there are 43 cases（87.76%） were cured,4 cases （8.16%） were improved and 2 cases （4.08%） had no improvement.The rate of cure and improvement is 95.92%;The control group have 25 cases （51.02%） cured,improvement in 13 cases （26.53%）,no improvement in 11 cases （22.45%）.Tthe rate of cure and improvement is 77.55%. Comparison of the effect in two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The methods of cyclocryosurgery associated with vasa ciliary ligation in treating absolute glaucoma can absolutly reduce postoperative pain,shorten the duration of pain,and more effectively control the intraocular pressure.
