摘要
在植-铝、植-噁结合鞣基础上,进行三元结合鞣制研究。结果表明:3种鞣剂组分的复合结合鞣制的Ts(收缩温度),较2组分有明显提高,鞣制后革的Ts最高达121℃;扫描电镜观察3组分结合鞣制后的革的纤维的编织较单、双结合鞣制的更为分散;根据对Ts和耐热老化研究,理想的三元结合鞣制顺序为植物鞣剂-铝鞣剂-噁唑烷,使用比例为碱皮:植:铝:噁=10:2:1:2。
Based on combination - tannage of Veg - Al and Veg - Oxa, three kinds of tanning agents compose combination - tannage was investigated. It shows that leather after ternary combination -tannage, named eomplexed combination -tannage too, has Ts to 121℃, which is higher obviously than binary combination tannage. SEM shows that the fibre weaven disperses better in ternary combination - tannage. In light of results of Ts and heat - aging, a good ternary combination - tannage sequence is as follows: vegetable tannins, aluminium tannins and oxazolidine. Rate of the quantities of them in tannage is that swellen pelt:Veg:Al: Oxa =10:2:1:2.
