反向参比流动注射法在线分析制革废水中的亚硝酸盐和氨氮 被引量:3

摘要 为了监控制革废水中亚硝酸盐和氨氮的含量,建立了一种简单、精确、灵敏的反向参比流动注射分光光度法(rrFIA),用于测定制革废水中的亚硝酸盐和氨氮。该法基于亚硝酸盐(NO2^-)与磺胺-N(1-萘基)-乙二胺(END)偶合生成紫色染料,在525nm波长处有吸收,从而可用此法定量检测样品中NO2^-浓度。其过程是氨氮先被氧化液完全氧化为NO2^-,检测出的新生成的NO2^-的含量,即为氨氮的含量。试验过程中进行了测定条件的优化。在最佳试验条件下,该方法在2.0~500.0μg/L的范围内,NO2^-浓度与峰高成良好线性关系,检出限为0.7μg/L相对标准偏差为0.844%。试验表明:这种方法适合在线自动分析制革废水中的亚硝酸盐和氨氮的含量。 In order to control the pollution of nitrite ( NO2^- ) and ammonium in tannery effluent, a simple, accurate and sensitive reverse reference flow injection analysis (rrFIA) spectrophotometric method was developed and presented. The method was based on the principle of coupling reaction between NO2^- and sulfanilamide - N- 1 - naphthyl ethylenediamine hydrochloride (END). Ammonia was firstly oxidized into NO2^- , and then the content of new NO2^- was the content of ammonium in samples. The absorbance of the complex was measured at 525nm by optical detector, rrFIA variables affecting the system were also discussed. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of this method was 2.0 -500. 0μg/L; the detection limit is 0. 7μg/L; the relative standard deviation is 0. 844%. This method is suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, and can be successfully applied to determine the content of NO2^- and ammonium in tannery effluent.
