头颈部恶性肿瘤病人口咽部含漱液EBV-DNA检测

DETECTION OF EPSTEIN BARR VIRUS DNA WITH PCR IN THE GARGLE OF THE PATIENTS WITH TUMORS OF HEAD AND NECK

用多聚酶链式反应（Ｐｏｌｙｍｅｒａｓｅｃｈａｉｎｒｅａｃｔｉｏｎ，ＰＣＲ）方法对一组头颈部恶性肿瘤病人口咽部含漱液中的Ｅｐｓｔｅｉｎ－Ｂａｒ病毒（ＥＢＶ）ＤＮＡ进行了检测。结果表明：鼻咽癌、恶性肉芽肿和扁桃体恶性淋巴瘤病人全部阳性，其他如喉癌、鼻腔鼻窦癌、甲状腺癌等病人中也有部分阳性结果。肿瘤组病人中总阳性率为７４．４７％；对照组为鼻、咽、喉慢性炎症病人，仅１例结果阳性（７．１４％）。

The Epstein Barr virus(EBV) DNA in the gargle of the patients with tumors of head and neck was detected with PCR.The results showed 100% positive reaction in the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,lethal midline granuloma and tonsillar malignant lymphoma;partial positive reaction in some other patients with tumors of head and neck,and only one positive reaction in the control group with chronic inflammation in nose,pharynx and larynx.The present detections suggest that EBV infection may play roles in the pathogenesis of these tumors.
