摘要
对温州市医疗机构461名护士进行调查分析,探究影响护士职业认同的现状、发展过程中的关键时期及影响因素。发现温州市医疗机构护理人员处于中度职业认同水平;大部分护士在选择护理职业时对护理工作缺乏积极认识;经常倒夜班、作息没规律以及工作辛苦、繁忙、压力大是影响护士对职业认同的最主要因素;护士的职业认同受公众对护理职业认同的影响较大。
Investigated and analyzed 461 nurses in medical institutions in Wenzhou city, explored the career identity situation and critical period in development process and effect factor of nurse. Found the nurse staffis in the middle identity level in Wenzhou medical institutions;Most of nurses are lack of positive realization of nursing when they were choosing their jobs.The night shift,indiscipline rest and exhausting and high pressure of work is the main factor to effect nurse' s career identity;The career identity of nurse is much effected by the nursing career identity by public.
