Analysis on Organizational Performance Connotation of Public Hospitals

目的:探讨我国公立医院组织绩效的内涵,为更好地开展绩效评价提供理论基础。方法:运用共词分析法,以MySQL数据库为工具,建立关键词的共词矩阵。利用spss12.0统计软件scale菜单中的多维尺度分析功能,分析矩阵数据的维度构成。结果:现有研究中绩效是一个概念较为抽象、边界相对宽泛的中性词。表征绩效概念的关键词主要分为经济学类、社会学类和管理学类3大类。结论:我国公立医院组织绩效的内涵包含经济学、社会学和管理学3个维度;评价公立医院组织绩效应以社会效益为主导,集社会效益、经济效益和管理效益三位于一体。

Objective：Discussed the performance connotation of our public hospitals,in order to provide theoretical base for better performance evaluation and improvement.Methods：Use Co-term Analysis and SPSS software as a tool to analysis the dimensions of performance. Results：Performance is an abstract concept which has border broad.The keywords of performance included the categories of economics,sociology and management.Conclusion：Organizational performance of public hospitals included the dimensions of economics,sociology and management.Performance evaluation of the hospital should be based on social-oriented, set social,economic and managerial efficiency as a whole.
