山西省某中医院校学生人格现状及对策

Personality Status and Countermeasures of Traditional Chinese Medicine College Students in Shanxi Province

用卡特尔16PF作为测量工具,从山西省某中医院校抽取403名大学生进行人格状况调查分析。结果显示:中医院校学生人格状况总体上属中等水平,但与全国大学生常模比较,存在着显著的差异;男女生之间人格状况也差异显著,各有其优缺点。因此,中医院校学生的心理健康教育工作应注意性别差异,并针对其人格弱点进行优化人格特征的教育,提高其心理素质。

With 16PF as measuring tool,we extract 403 students from a Chinese medicine college to carry on the survey of personality status.The result shows that：The personality status of traditional Chinese medicine college students is on the medium level as a whole,but compared with the national norm college students,there are significant differences;the personality status of boys is better than that of the girls.The mental health education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges must aim at the personality weaknesses of students to carry on the optimized oersonality characteristic education.
