Medicinal Chemistry is a core curriculum as well as the basis of followed-up professional courses for medical and pharmacy students.Along with the rapid development of multimedia and netw..ork technology, the information technology obtains a widespread application in the medical chemistry teaching.This paper discusses mainly about the information technology applications in medicinal chemistry teaching from the theoretical basis,practice characteristics and the problems,then carries on some ponders about how to apply the information technology better to the medicinal chemistry teaching.
