摘要
1996年1月至1997年1月收集武汉地区外科感染病原菌1111株,其中革兰阳性球菌426株(383%),革兰阴性杆菌685株(617%)。用Kirby-Bauer方法检测17种抗菌药的敏感性。用WHONET-4计算机软件完成数据分析。金葡菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌及凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌为主要菌种。金葡菌耐甲氧西林株(MRSA)的检出率为120%,对其它抗菌药物的耐药率也增加。肠杆菌科细菌对氨苄西林的耐药率>70%,克雷伯菌属高达97%。亚胺配南、头孢他啶、阿米卡星对大多数革兰阴性杆菌敏感。
surgical infection isolates were collected from Wuhan hospitals in Jannuary 1996 to Jannuary 1997.426 strains(38 3%) of gram positive cocci and 685 strains(61 7%) of gram negative bacilli was tested against 17 kind of antimicrobial agents with Kirby-Bauer method.A WHONET-4 computer sofware was used to analyse the results.S.aureus, P.aeruginosa, E.coli and S.coagulase negative were the main microorganisms.12 0% of S.aureus was resistant to oxacillin and resistant to other antimicro bials as well.Most strains of enterobacteriaceae were resistant to ampicillin, resistant rate was more than 70%, but up to 97% for klebsiella sp.Imipenem, ceftazidime and amikacin were most active agents againstt gram negative bacilli.Our results suggest that there is urgent need for surveillance of bacterial resistanoe in antimicrobial chemotherapy of surgical infections.
