莪术油葡萄糖注射液中莪术二酮和牻牛儿酮的HPLC测定

Determination of Curdione and Germacrone in Zedoary Turmeric Oil and Glucose Injection by HPLC

莪术油葡萄糖注射液收载于中国药典2005年版二部，是由莪术油、葡萄糖和适当助溶剂制成的含药输液剂，临床用于抗病毒的治疗。其中，莪术油为温莪术经水蒸汽蒸馏提取的挥发油，含有莪术二酮（curdione，1）、栊牛儿酮（germacrone，2）、莪术醇与β-榄香烯等多种有效成分。该制剂质量标准中规定以莪术醇为对照品，与香草醛硫酸溶液显色后以比色法测定。

An HPLC method was established for the determination of curdione and germacrone in zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid for gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 210 nm. The calibration curves of curdione and gerrnacrone were linear in the concentration ranges of 10 - 200 μg/ml and 5 - 100 μg/ml. The recoveries were 99.6% （RSD 1.2%） and 99.8% （RSD 2.0%）.
