摘要
应用有限元分析方法对某正三轮摩托车实际使用情况的水平弯曲、极限扭转和急制动工况进行了仿真计算,得出车架的应力分布云图,找出了车架的薄弱环节,判定出结构强度的总体水平,从而为车架结构的优化和可靠性设计提供了有价值的结构分析数据。
The finite-element method is applied to the analog calculation of the operate state of the horizontal bending, limiting torsional vibration and emergency braking while the motorcycle is driving. From the calculation, the stress distribution cloud picture is obtained with the weak link found and the general level of the structure strength assessed, thereby providing the data of valuable structure analysis for the optimization and reliability design.
