摘要
介绍了模糊综合评估理论及其计算步骤,并从评语等级的确定、隶属函数的建立到合成算子的选择等方面,研究探讨了现有模糊综合评估存在的问题,并建立了一套适用于大跨度桥梁综合评估的模糊综合评判方法。以哈尔滨松花江斜拉桥为例,利用模糊综合评估方法对该桥进行了综合评估,评估结果合理、可靠。实例证明,这种评估方法能够为大跨度桥梁运营的技术状况及养护管理工作提供科学、实时、定量的评估,确保桥梁的安全运营。
Fuzzy comprehensive assessment theory and calculation approach were introduced first. The existing problems of fuzzy comprehensive assessment, including assessment grade determination, membership function establishment and composite operator choice, etc., were discussed. A set of fuzzy comprehensive assessment method applied to long-span bridges was established. The fuzzy comprehensive assessment method was applied to Harbin Songhua River Cable-stayed Bridge, and the assessment result is reasonable and credible.The example proves that the method can provide scientific, real-time and quantitative assessment for the operation status, maintenance and management of long-span bridges, ensure the safe operation of bridge, and provide quantitative basis for the decision-making of maintenance and management.
