摘要
由于塑件壁厚不均且较厚,所以重点介绍了浇注系统和冷却系统的设计,并根据CAE分析结果确定了模具的结构。最后,采用正交实验方差分析和CAE分析相结合的方法,确定了最佳工艺参数和参数调整的方向。
Because of asymmetric and thick wall thickness, the runner system and cooling system are introduced emphasized. And the mold structure is confirmed according to the analysis result of CAE. Finally, the best set of parameters and its adjustive direction are ascertained, with the orthogonal variance analysis and CAE simulation.
