摘要
通过对接插件的结构和工艺的分析,合理确定了模具抽芯机构的结构,同时应用模流分析软件MoldFlow确定了模具的最佳浇口位置,并对塑件的质量进行了预测。
Through analyzed the structure and technological process of connector, a reasonable core-pulling mechanism was designed. MoldFlow software for analyzing the plastic flow in mold was applied to ascertain of the gating location and forecasted the quality of the connector.
