摘要 基于有限元技术,对冲压件下料毛坯尺寸进行计算。采用面向对象技术开发了冲压件毛坯计算软件,程序结构清晰、可读性和可维护性好。实践证明计算结果达到了较高精度,得到的毛坯尺寸与实际生产所用毛坯尺寸接近。 Based on Finite Element Method, blank calculation for sheet metal forming was calculated. Object oriented technology was adopted to develop the software for the calculation of stamping part. The structure of the program is clear readable and maintainable. The obtained result of blank agree with the blank used in fact.
