摘要
通过对企业高层次人力资源管理部门在新形势下应具备的创新思维论述,对企业文化内涵、管理和创新的分析,阐明企业文化在提升企业核心竞争力中的巨大作用,并进一步阐述了构建优秀的企业文化的基本思路。但是企业要想在竞争中取胜,必须具有创新思维,必须提高和保持企业的核心竞争力,企业才能在激烈的竞争中生存和发展。
Through exposition of high-level corporate human resourse management department under the new situation analysis on cultural connotations, management and innovation of enterprises, the author exoatiated on the importance of enterprises culture to core competitiveness. However, if enterprises wants to win in competition, enterprises have to enhance and maintain the core competitiveness.
