摘要
通过分析汾河中上游水资源管理的现状及存在的问题,提出只有采取法规、行政、经济和政策保障措施才能真正使汾河水资源的管理工作做强、做实。
In this paper, the author introduced the research progress and existing problems of connotation, formed causes, main types, characteristics and countermeasures of middle and up reach of Fenhe river. Also the author prospected the .future of the trend of local ecological management.
