政务地理信息共享交换新模式——以重庆市为例

New sharing and exchanging modes for government geospatial information——taking Chongqing as the example

随着地理空间信息在政府各行业应用的开展,地理基础底图不统一,重复建设明显,缺乏有效的数据共享方式等问题逐步暴露。建立统一的支撑各部门的政务地理空间信息数据中心,提供脱离专业GIS软件平台的服务模式,实现GIS应用的"非专业化"成为地理空间信息应用新的需求。本文以重庆市为例,探讨了政务地理信息共享交换平台建设思路,提出了基于共享交换平台的政务地理信息共享交换新模式。

As the geospatial information have been used more and more in various government departments, some problems have been gradually exposed, such as the difference of base maps, the building redundant project and the lacking of sharing modes, etc.. The need of setting up the same geospatial information data center to support government department, providing the service mode without GIS software and achieving non-professional GIS system have become the new demand in geospatial information application. Taking Chongqing as the example, this paper discussed the building concept of sharing and exchanging modes and brought up new sharing and exchanging modes based on government geospatial information.
