He-Ne激光照射促进腹部切口愈合的探讨

He Ne laser irradiation prompt abdominal incision healing

目的：探讨ＨｅＮｅ激光照射腹部切口对切口愈合的促进作用。方法：回顾性分析激光照射５１例因感染及脂肪液化而使腹部切口裂开的切口及８３例正常一期愈合未裂开切口的愈合情况；其中７４例行激光辅助照射，并与６０例同期非激光照射切口对照。结果：裂开切口的愈合时间，激光照射组（７．４５±３．７４ｄ）显著短于对照组（１１．０３±４．５３ｄ）（Ｐ＜０．０１）。激光照射组切口无明显硬结，对照组有明显硬结。随访观察，激光照射组切口瘢痕纤细且平整，非激光照射组较宽且多不平整。结论：激光照射腹部切口可缩短切口裂开后的愈合时间，瘢痕较小。

Objective:To study the prompt effect of He Ne laser irradiation on healing of abdominal incisions.Methods:The healing of 51 cases of abdominal dehiscent incisions due to infection or liquefaction of fat and 83 cases of undehiscent incisions were analysed.Among these cases,74 were irradiated with He Ne laser,and 60 served as control.ays) was obviously shorter than that in controls(11.03±4.35 days)( P <0.01),and the healed incision wound after laser irradiation was flat with no hardening of the scar in follow up studies.Conclusions:He Ne laser irradiation on abdominal incision can shorten the time of wound healing,reduce the foreign body reaction and cause less scar formation.It has a higher value in clinical application.
