以上消化道出血为主要症状的胃空肠良性肿瘤14例

Upper gastrointestinal bleeding from benign tumor of stomach and jejunum

目的：探讨上消化道出血原因中胃空肠良性肿瘤的诊疗原则。方法：回顾性分析１４例患者的临床资料（胃良性肿瘤１０例，空肠良性肿瘤４例）。结果：胃肿瘤均获术前诊断，空肠肿瘤术前诊断困难，剖腹术中获得诊断，均行手术切除，病理证实。随访４月～５年，无１例再出血。结论：上消化道出血除五大常见病因外，胃空肠良性肿瘤引起的慢性小量出血亦不容忽视。应进行必要的检查，及时剖腹探查，手术切除。

Objective:To determine the diagnosis and treatment for benign tumor of stomach and jejunum of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made in 14 cases.10 with stomach tumor and 4 with jejunum tumor.Results:Diagnosis was made satisfactorily before operation in stomach tumor,but was difficult in jejunum tumor.All tumors were resected and proved histologically.All patients were followed up for 35 months and none was bleeding again.Conclusions:Chronic and small bleeding initiated by benign tumor of stomach and jejunum should not be neglected for diagnosis and treatment.
