摘要
能源危机和环保的要求使得高效太阳能电池的研究成为各国科技工作者关注的焦点。杂质带太阳能电池由于具有简单的结构和理论上的高转换效率,也日益成为研究人员关注的重点。杂质带太阳能电池的成本优势使其具有广阔的发展前景。本文介绍了杂质掺杂太阳能电池的基本原理、发展历程以及应用前景。
Facing the problem of environment and the crisis of energy resource,the researchers focus on the study of the high efficiency solar cell.With simple structure and high conversion efficiency in theory,impurity band solar cell attracts increasing attentions of researchers all over the world.Due to its simple and cost effective fabrication process,the impurity band solar cell could be widely used for cheaper solar cells in the future.In this paper,we introduce briefly its basic principle,reviewits recent development and propose its promising and important applications.
