甜梦胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗神经症临床对照研究

An analysis of neuroses patients treated with deanxit combined with Tianmeng capsule

目的比较甜梦胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛和地西泮联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗神经症的疗效。方法将符合入组标准的神经症患者120例完全随机分为甜梦胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛的（甜梦胶囊）组和地西泮联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛的（地西泮）组，各60例，两组年龄和性别比较差异统计学意义（P〉0．05）。在用药前及服药后1、2、8周进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、听觉事件相关电位（ERPs）P300、皮肤交感反应（SSR）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）检测，比较两组HAMD、ERPsP300、SSR、PSQI的差异。结果甜梦胶囊组在治疗1周、2周及8周后的HAMD评分均明显低于地西泮组（P〈0．01），同时甜梦胶囊组的ERPs P300及SSR潜伏期明显缩短，波幅明显升高，与地西泮组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论甜梦胶囊组的患者HAMD、ERPsP300、SSR、PSQI等指标均有明显改善，提示甜梦胶囊比地西泮能更为有效地延长患者的睡眠时间，改善睡眠质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Tianmeng capsule combined with deanxit and valium combined with deanxit on Hamilton Depressive Scale （HAMD）, Auditory event-related potentials （ERPs）, Sympathetic Skin Response（SSR） and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）in neuroses patients. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with neuroses were randomly divided into tianmeng capsule combined with deanxit group （Tianmeng capsule group） and valium combined with deanxit group（valium group） for 56 days. There were not significant differences between two groups in sexuality and age （ P 〉 0.05）. The therapeutic effect was respectively evaluated by HAMD, ERPsP300, SSR, PSQI, before, 1,2and 8 weeks after treatment. Results The total score of HAMD significantly decreased 1 week, 2 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment in tianmeng capsule group（P 〈0.01 ）. Mean- while, the incubation period of SSR was significantly shortened and the amplitude significantly increased, showing a difference from valium group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The study suggests that the effect of tianmeng capsule combined with deanxit on the neuroses patients is superior to that of valium combined with deanxit. Tianmeng capsule combined with deanxit can improve the somnipathy and the function disorder of autonomic nerve in neuroses patients.
