军队离退休干部良性前列腺增生用药分析

Analysis of the drugs used for benign prostatic hyperplasia in ritired army cadres

目的了解军队离退休干部在治疗良性前列腺增生的用药情况和发展趋势。方法调查军队疗养院和干休所268例良性前列腺增生患者2008年度本类药物的用药信息,以限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)和药物利用指数(DUI)等指标进行分析。结果高选择性α肾上腺素受体阻断剂、天然植物类、5-α还原酶抑制剂等3类药物在本组病例中使用最为广泛,特拉唑嗪用药频度最高。中途换药或中止治疗仍占一定比例。结论军队离退休干部临床使用本类药物以α肾上腺素受体阻断剂为主,天然植物类药使用频率较高,药物利用指数评价基本合理。

Objective To analyze the situation and development of the drugs used for benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） in ritired army cadres. Methods The information of the drugs used for 268 case BPH patients in military sanatoriums and military convalescent homes during the period 2008, to analyze the result with defined daily dose（DDD） , DDDs and drug utilization index（DUI）. Results High selective α adrenoceptor antagonist,5-α reductase inhibitor and phytotherapeutic agent were widely used,the DDDs of terazosin was most high in this group. There was still certain proportion about midway change drug or discontinue drug therapy. Conclusion High selective α adrenoceptor antagonist is major used in clinical of ritired army cadres. The DDDs of phytotherapeutic agent is much higher. The opinion of DUll is roughly reasonable.
