中心静脉导管输入化疗药物预防静脉炎的临床观察

The clinical observation of prevent from phlebitis by chemotherapy drugs enter central venous catheter

目的观察中心静脉导管输入化疗药物在预防静脉炎时所起的作用。方法对入院100例肿瘤患者通过问卷调查了解患者心理;通过医患面对面交流、观看图片、幻灯片、发放宣传册等形式,对患者实施心理疏导及护理,选择锁骨下静脉置管术和肘部中心静脉(PICC)导管进行静脉输液来预防静脉炎的发生,从而减轻患者的心理负担。结果100例患者均在规定的时间内顺利度过了化疗期。其中85例患者通过与医护的密切配合,未出现因化疗药物所致的静脉炎。而15例患者中有不同程度的心理影响与心理负担。结论先进的技术和优质的服务是预防化疗药物所致静脉炎,减轻患者心理负担的关键。

Objective To observe the prevention effect of chemotherapy drugs enter the central venous catheters in phlebitis. Methods 100 cases of hospitalized cancer patients via a questionnaire about patient psychology ; through face to face communication, viewing pictures, slides, brochures and other forms of distribution, theimplementation of psychological counseling for patients and nurses, selected the subclavian catheter and elbow center venous （PICC）catheters for intravenous fluids to prevent the occurrence of phlebitis, thus reduced the psychological burden on patients. Results 100 cases of patients were successful complete the chemotherapy. Through cooperated with health care closely,85 patients were not surive phlebitis caused by chemotherapy drugin. The other 15 patients had vary degrees of psychological impact and psychological burden. Conclusion The key to prevent phlebitis caused by chemotherapy drugs and alleviate the psycholo-burden of patients is advanced technology and high quality service.
