摘要
目的分析临床使用甘露醇的不良反应。方法对我院80例临床使用甘露醇患者的不良反应及防治措施进行汇总分析。结果应用甘露醇1～12d,平均6.4d;其中静脉注射74例,口服6例;其中急性肾功能损害22例,肺及心血管系统损害20例,过敏反应15例(包括过敏性休克2例),静脉血管损害7例,局部组织坏死6例,中枢系统损害5例,体液失衡3例,心律失常2例。所有患者经临床治疗后均痊愈出院。结论临床应用甘露醇所致的不良反应应引起医护人员及药师的足够重视。
Objective To Analys the adverse reactions of mannitol used in clinical. Methods Meta-analysis adverse reactions and control measures of 80 cases of patients who used mannitol in our hospital. Results Application of mannitol 1- 12d,average 6.4d;74 intravenous injection,6 cases oral;of which 22 cases were acute renal dysfunction,20 cases were lung and cardiovascular system damage, 15 cases were allergic reaction（ including 2 cases anaphylactic shock） ,7 cases were venous blood vessel damage,6 cases were local tissue necrosis,5 cases of damage to central nervous system,3 cases were body fluid imbalance,2 cases were arrhythmia. All patients were clinically cured and discharged after treatment. Conclusion Health care provider and apothecary, should pay attention to adverse reactions of mannitol.
