摘要 目的研究Survivin、Angiogenin-2(Ang-2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其相关性,探讨其与非小细胞肺癌发生、发展的关系。方法免疫组化法检测41例NSCLC组织、15例癌旁组织中Survivin、Ang-2的表达。结果NSCLC组织Survivin、Ang-2阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Survivin、Ang-2表达与肺癌TNM分期及淋巴结转移均有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在肺癌组织中,Survivin、Ang-2表达成正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.491,P<0.05)。结论Survivin和Ang-2的增强表达与NSCLC的浸润性发展和肿瘤血管生成有密切关系,Ang-2可能参与Survivin对肿瘤血管生成的促进作用。 Objective To study the expressions and their correlations of Survivin and Ang-2 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and discuss their significance in the progression of lung cancer. Methods To examine the expressions of Survivin and Ang-2 in 41 cases of NSCLC and 15 cases of noncancerous tissue by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of Survivin and Ang-2 in NSCLC were significantly higher than those of noncancerous tissue, the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ) ;The expression levels of Survivin and Ang-2 were associated with TNM stages and lymphatic metastasis, the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ) ; In lung cancer tissues, there was positive correlation between Survivin and Ang-2,the difference was statistically significant (r = 0. 491, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The high expressions of Survivin and Ang-2 in NSCLC tissues may be related to the invasion and angiogenesis of tumor,Ang-2 may enhance survivin's role of angiogenesis.
