摘要
在中压大功率SRD中,为了增强IGBT驱动电路的抗干扰能力,引入光纤隔离驱动技术,对驱动电路的控制信号和驱动信号进行光电隔离。介绍了中压大功率SRD驱动电路中的收发器、发送方式及光纤元件的选用原则,通过在系统中的具体应用、性能检测、型式试验等证明,IGBT的光纤隔离驱动技术能有效防止驱动电路干扰问题,提高中压大功率SRD的工作可靠性。
In order to improve the anti-jamming ability of IGBT drive circuit, the optieal fiber isolation driver technology was used to isolate the control signal and drive signal of drive circuit by photoelectric conversion. The selection of transceiver,send and optical fiber in the medium voltage high-power SRD drive circuit were introduced. The concrete application,capability test and modality experiments were taken. The experiments prove that IGBT's optical fiber isolation driver technology can prevent interference of drive circuit, and improve dependability of the medium voltage high-power SRD in working.
