摘要
西门子PLC提供了多种控制网络,以满足不同自动化系统的通讯控制任务。通过对西门子工业控制网络产品的分析,提出了一些西门子PLC控制网络的配置方法。通过工程应用实例,着重阐述了在工程实践中如何根据控制系统的具体情况进行控制网络方案的选择。结合工程实例,给出了系统的控制网络的拓扑结构图,并总结了系统配置的特点。它可以给相似监控系统的设计提供参考和借鉴。
SIMATIC PLC offers several control networks which may meet the requirements of the different communication and control assignment of automation system. On the basis of the analysis of Siemens industrial network communication products, strategy of configuring Siemens PLC control network is putted forward. Based on the engineering-oriented examples, how to select the control network scheme according to the specific requirement of the control system is emphasized. Combining with the engineering-oriented examples,it gives out the structure block diagram of the control network, and sums up the configuration characteristics. It gives technical support to design of the similar monitoring and control systems.
