红外吸收染料对热交联CTP版材灵敏度的影响

摘要 在热敏CTP(computer-to-plate)版材中,染料在曝光时会把光能转化成热能,使产酸源迅速产酸,从而使两种酚醛树脂在酸的催化作用下迅速交联,因此染料的性质对版材的灵敏度和成像效果有很大影响.本文对红外吸收染料对热交联CTP版材灵敏度的影响进行了实验研究和理论探讨. In the thermal CTP (computer-to-plate)plate, when dye exposed will convert light into heat energy, which make the generation substance quickly products acid, and the produced acid can catalyze the crossing reaction between two kind of phenol formaldehyde resin. Therefore the nature of dye affects the quality of plate. This article has conducted the research to the nature of the effect on the sensitivity of the plate effected by IR-Absorbing dye.
