摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声引导下经皮穿刺治疗高难度肾囊肿的疗效。方法利用彩色多普勒超声的血流声像特点,多角度探查定位,回避周边血管、组织器官,提高定位的精确性。结果我们2004年2月—2008年11月对82例高难度肾囊肿患者进行穿刺,成功77例,成功率为93.9%(77/82),未出现严重并发症。结论利用彩色多普勒超声的血流声像特点,精确定位行经皮穿刺治疗高难度肾囊肿,可提高穿刺治疗的成功率和安全性。
Objective To disscuss the skills of percutaneous puncture the intractable cyst of kidney to beguided by color doppler ultrasonography. Methods We use the characteristics of color Doppler ultrasound to identify blood flow, Multi -angle scan, and avoid the surrounding organs, improve the accuracy of positioning. Results From Feb. 2004 to Nov. 2008, 77 cases was punctured succeed, followed - up for 3 months to 1 year after operation. The success aver- age was 89~~ （77 /82） , and no serious complications happened. Conclusion We treat intractable cyst of kidney with pereutaneous puncture precise guided by color doppler ultrasonography, to improve the success rate and safety of the puncture treatment of intractable renal cysts.
