摘要
目的:输液引起的静脉炎红肿较重患者往往恢复较慢,本临床观察对其原因进行探讨分析,并寻找一种对应有效的治疗方法。方法:本组60例,随机分为两组,神经肌肉电刺激治疗组和紫外线治疗组。结果:神经肌肉电刺激组第1次治疗后疗效优于紫外线组(P<0.05),第3次治疗后疗效无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗3次后的效果均分别好于治疗1次(P<0.01)。结论:肌肉的收缩与舒张是四肢静脉及淋巴回流的一个重要动力因素,神经肌肉电刺激可以引起肌肉的收缩,从而改善四肢的静脉及淋巴回流,消除水肿,以弥补紫外线治疗的不足。
Objective: To explore effective treatment for acute phlebitis. Methods: Randomly divied 60 eases into two groups: neuromuscular electric stimulation(NMES) group and ultraviolet therapy group. Applied NMES and ultraviolet therapy to two groups, respectively. Results; After the first course, the result of NMES group was better than ultraviolet therapy group(P(0.05) ,and there was no significant difference in the third course(P〉0.05). After three course, two groups showed better result than that at the end of first eourese. Conclusion; Contracting and relaxing muscle is important to aecelerate the extremity vein and lymph returning. NMES can stimulate the contraction of muscles, improve the extrem- ity vein and lymph returning and speed up the blood circulating to help curing the extremity diseases. It is complementary to ultraviolet therapy.
