尿道口处女膜病的诊断与治疗(附30例报告)

The diagnosis and treatment of urethral orifice hymen disease (Report of 30 cases)

报告1985年2月～1996年11月经门诊和住院诊断与治疗的尿道口处女膜病30例。专科检查发现所有病倒尿道口及处女膜局部均有明显的病理改变；50％病例会共有不同程度的尿道缩窄。全部病例均采用手术治疗，经3～20个月的随访，手术有效率为93．3％，治愈率为73．3％。并就其诊断、鉴别诊断、手术方法及注意事项进行讨论。认为对反复发作下尿路感染的女性患者，不能盲目给予抗菌药物而忽视必要的专科检查。

30 cases of urethral orifice hymen disease were reported. Pathological changes were found in urethral orifice and hymen. 50% patients were accompanied by urethral stricture. All patients were surgically managed by urethral dilation or urethral orifice hymen removal. The patients have been followed up for 3~20 months. The effective rate of operative therapy was 93.3%,the curative rate was 73.3%. The diagnosis, treatment and differentiation of these diseases were discussed. It is suggested that the female patients with lower urinary tract infection repeatedly should be examined specially.
