摘要
桑树叶营养成分丰富,蛋白质含量较高,可取代部分常规饲料。利用乳酸菌对桑树叶进行发酵,进行单因素试验,探索了接菌量、发酵时间、发酵温度、无机氮源等因素对菌种生长的影响效果,获得微生物饲料的最佳原料配方。通过4因素3水平(L934)正交试验对发酵条件进行优化。结果表明:最佳发酵条件为接菌量9%,发酵时间60h,尿素添加量2.0%,发酵温度36℃。
There are rich nutritional components and a higher protein content in mulberry leaf ,so it can replace part of normal fodder. The acid bacteria was utilized to ferment mulberry leaf, by a serial of single factors tests,we groped for affect of fermentation time ,urea,inoculum size ,fermentation temperature and other factors on lactic acid bacteria growth,hereby, the optimal formula of abnomal fodder was acquired. By orthogonal design (L9 3^4 ) tests, the fermentation conditions of producing abnomal fodder from mulbeny leaf were optimized.Results showed that the optimal conditions were :fermentation time 60 h.urea 2%,inoculum size 7% ,fermentation temperature 36 ℃.
