试论民族自治地方政府创新

on Governmental Innovation in Autonomous Region

我国是一个统一的多民族国家,实行民族区域自治制度。在中国共产党和中央人民政府的领导下,民族自治地方政治、经济、文化、社会等各个方面都取得了长足的发展。然而,在社会主义市场经济体制不断完善的今天,民族自治地方政府体制存在着诸多与之不相适应的地方,迫切需要对民族自治地方政府进行创新。

China is a unified multi-ethnic country with the practice of regional national autonomy system. The national autonomous regions have developed considerably in politics, economy, culture and society under the leadership of Communist Party of China and the central government. Whereas, the regional national autonomy system is incompatible with the socialist market economy system in some areas and urgently needs innovation from the local government of national autonomy regions.
