翼核果中两个微量新化合物及其生物活性

Two New Minor Compounds and Their Bioactivity from Ventilago Leiocarpa Benth.

从翼核果的茎中分离得到两个微量新化合物，分别为１，６二羟基３甲基口山酮８羧基１ＯβＤ吡喃葡萄糖苷（Ⅰ）及１，６二羟基３甲基口山酮８羧基１ＯβＤ吡喃葡萄糖基（１→６）βＤ吡喃葡萄糖苷（Ⅱ）；命名为翼核口山酮苷及翼核口山酮二糖苷．测定了这两个化合物对人慢性髓样白血病细胞Ｋ５６２的抑制生长作用．

Two new minor compounds,1,6 dihydroxy 3 methyl xanthone 8 acid 1 O β D glycoside(Ⅰ)and 1,6 dihydroxy 3 methyl xanthone 8 acid 1 O β D glycosyl(1→6) β D glycoside(Ⅱ)were isolated from Ventilago leiocarpa Benth.These compounds were identified by UV,IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR,MS,HMBC,C H COSY and DEPT.They are named as ventilagoxanthonoside and ventilagoxanthobinoside.Pharmacological studies showed that compound(Ⅰ)and(Ⅱ)had inhibitive effects on the growth of K 562 cells.
