摘要
合成鱼腥草素灌胃给药对巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高均有显著抑制作用．同时灌胃给药可以抑制醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应，延长热痛反应潜伏期。
HOU showed a marked suppressive effect on the mouse′s ear odema induced by croton oil and on the rat′s hind paw odema induced by carrageenin.It was also found to inhibit vascular permeability induced by acetic acid in mice.In addition,a significant analgesic effect of HOU was observed on inflammatory pain caused by acetic acid,formadehyde and heat stimulus.
