摘要
用乙醇提取法，制备了愈风宁心口服液．用紫外分光光度法对愈风宁心口服液中总黄酮进行含量测定，结果表明每毫升含总黄酮不低于３０ｍｇ．
Herbs were extracted by 70% alcohol.UV spectrophotometry was empoyed for the quantitative determination of total flavone in Yufeng Ningxin Oral Liquid.The result showed that the content of flavone is above 30 mg/mL.
