经阴道三维超声在官腔粘连诊断中的价值 被引量:11

Three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of intrauterine adhesion

摘要 对78例患者分别进行经阴道三维、二维超声检查,与宫腔镜检查结果比较,对经阴道三维超声诊断宫腔粘连(IUA)的价值、IUA超声分级进行分析。经阴道三维超声诊断IUA的敏感性97%(58/60),特异性18/18,准确性97%(76/78),阳性预测值100%(58/58),阴性预测值90%(18/20)。经阴道三维超声较二维超声诊断的准确性明显提高(P〈0.01)。IUA的超声分级和官腔镜分级有较好的相关性。经阴道三维超声检查对IUA临床治疗选择有指导意义。 Seventy eight patients suspected of intrauterine adhesion (IUA) were scanned with twodimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) transvaginal ultrasonography, the results were analyzed with hysteroscopic findings as the gold standard. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of IUA were 97% (58/60), 18/18, 97% (76/78), 100% (58/58) and 90% (18/20). Three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasonography was more accurate in diagnosis of IUA than two-dimensional uhrasonography ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , and the IUA classification and grading with three-dimensional transvaginal uhrasonography was better correlated with hysteroscopic findings.
