摘要
采用基于肠杆菌基因间重复性一致序列(ERIC-PCR)的技术对灵芝9个栽培菌株和1个野生菌株进行了亲缘关系分析。结果表明,ERIC-PCR技术能够有效地对供试灵芝菌株进行亲缘关系分析,各菌株间表现出较为丰富的遗传多样性。聚类分析表明野生菌株Gl01与各栽培菌株间亲缘关系最远,其次为菌株212,接下来为菌株919和717,而菌株Sk5和616相似水平达超过95%,表明这2个菌株可能为同株异名菌株。
The phylogenetic relationships between 9 strains of cultivation Ganoderma lucidum and a wild strains with technique based on ERIC-PCR. The results showed that ERIC-PCR technique could analyse genetic relationships of testing strains efficaciously and there was rich genetic diversity in strains tested. Cluster analysis indicated the genetic relationship between wild strain GI01 and other cultivated strains was the farthest, followed with strain 212, then sequently, stains 919 and stain 717. The genetic similarity was up to 95% between Sk5 and 616, which implied that the two strains with different names were originated from the same strain.
