DNA合成时相细胞百分率在腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌病人的预后意义

Prognostic prediction of S phase fraction in axillary node negative breast cancer

应用流式细胞仪（ＦＣＭ）测定２５组１∶２配对（共７５例）腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌标本的ＤＮＡ合成时相细胞百分率及ＤＮＡ倍体，并分析预后价值。结果表明：高ＳＰＦ值患者术后５年生存率明显低于低ＳＰＦ值患者（Ｐ＝０．０００１），ＤＮＡ组方图中双主峰患者预后较阴性者差。所以，ＳＰＦ为临床上提示腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌病人的一项重要指标。

Flow cytometric analyses of cellular DNA content in 75 (25 groups at 1∶2 ratio) specimens of axillary node negative breast cancer were performed.The 5 year survival rate of the patients with high SPF (≥10%) was 52% and that of the patients with low SPF (<10%) was 94%.Four cases out of six with multiple main peak had poor prognosis,but the remaining two were still in disease free survival.The relative risk of SPF≥10% was 11.31.So we conclude that SPF is an important prognostic factor of ANN breast cancer patients.
