摘要 研究蓖麻叶与花总黄酮的提取方法和含量测定。用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠比色法测定总黄酮含量,比较索氏提取法和微波辅助提取法提取蓖麻叶与花中总黄酮的效果。结果2种提取方法中微波法提取效率最高,结果重现性好,并测得叶与花中总黄酮含量分别为2.0411%和1.8655%。总黄酮在蓖麻叶中的含量明显高于花中的含量。 The methods of extraction and determination of the total flavones from the leaves and flowers of castor (Ricunus communis L.) were investigated in this paper. The extraction efficiency of two extraction methods, including Soxhlet extraction and microwave pre-treatment were compared with the NaNO2-Al (NO3)3-NaOH coloration system. The method of microwave could obtain high extraction efficiency and good repetition. The contents of total flavones in the extracts from the leaves and flowers were 2.0411% and 1.8655%, respectively. The content in the leaves of castor (Ricunus communis L.) is higher than that in the flowers.
