草原生态旅游非物质文化遗产资源的保护性开发研究

Study on protective developing of the Intangible Cultural Heritage resources in grassland ecotourism

非物质文化遗产是十分重要的草原生态旅游资源。发挥非物质文化遗产资源优势,将草原生态旅游做出特色,是草原地区尤其是西部地区各级党委、政府着力探索与实践的重要课题。草原生态旅游开发对非物质文化遗产保护既有积极作用,也有消极影响。如何实现非物质文化遗产保护和旅游开发的双赢成为社会关注的热点。从分析非物质文化遗产资源对发展草原生态旅游的可行性、必要性入手,论述了保护性开发利用非物质文化遗产资源对提升草原生态旅游的积极意义及开发策略。

Intangible Cultural Heritage is abundant in China, especially in the minority area, which also is a kind of very important grassland ecotourism resource. It is an essential research project for the Western Governments of China to take advantage of the Minority Intangible Cultural Heritage and build grassland tourism stronger and more characteristic. The development of grassland tourism and Intangible Cultural Heritage protection are the major task in modern society, but the two of them are opposite and uniform in some measure. Tourism development not only has positive effects but also negative effects on Intangibie Cultural Heritage. The government and society should pay attention to this problem, enhance understanding and manage in a scientific way, so that Intangible Cultural Heritage conservation and tourism development achieve a double -win situation. Based on the necessity and feasibility of the Intangible Cultural Heritage for grassland tourism developing, We discussed the positive significance and approach to increase grassland tourism by protective developing and utilizing the Intangible Cultural Heritage resources.
