摘要
黄姜经细菌发酵水解其薯蓣皂苷糖基,产物皂苷用正丁醇萃取法收集;采用经硅胶柱层析法分离纯化转化的皂苷,得到两种转化的单体皂苷产物Ⅰ和产物Ⅱ。采用薄层层析法及高效液相色谱法进行检测,得知产物Ⅰ为目的产物薯蓣皂苷元,得率为20%,纯度为96.9%,产物Ⅱ的结构和特征有待进一步研究。
The dioscin was converted into diosgenin in the culture of the Rhodopseudomonas sp. No. 18 strain. The products dioscin were extracted by n butanol saturated by water. Two dioscin were obtained by silica gel column. The product Ⅰ was identified as diosgenin by TLC and HPLC. The yield of the diosgenin from fermentation culture was 20%. Its purity was about 96.9%.
