摘要
考察了钾改性的MCM-22/Al2O3分子筛上模拟催化裂化汽油中的噻吩烷基化脱硫在固定反应床上的反应。结果表明,钾处理可以有效地调节HMCM-22/Al2O3分子筛的强酸中心的数量,从而提高噻吩烷基化脱硫的选择性及稳定性。钾处理显著降低了HMCM-22/Al2O3分子筛的强酸数量,当钾的负载量达到3.5%时,噻吩烷基化的选择性达到最大值,并且经钾处理的催化剂与未经钾处理的催化剂相比稳定性有显著的差异。
The olefin alkylation of thiophenic sulfur (OATS) of FCC gasoline on potassium-modified MCM-22/Al2O3 zeolite was investigated in a fixed-bed flow reactor. The number of strongly acidic sites of MCM-22/Al2O3 zeolite could be decreased by potassium, resulting in the increase in selectivity and stability of OATS. When the K content was 3.5% in MCM-22/Al2O3, the OATS exhibited maximum selectivity. The OATS is more stable on the potassium-modified MCM-22-Al2O3 zeolite than that on zeolite without modification.
