摘要
合成了YB超分散剂并通过熔融共混的方法制备了HDPE/CaSO4复合材料,试验研究了YB超分散剂改性CaSO4填充HDPE复合材料的流变行为及力学性能。结果表明:在YB超分散剂用量为1.2%,CaSO4填充量为30%时,相比未改性时的填充,复合材料的弯曲模量和弯曲强度提高了37.6%、6.8%,而拉伸强度、冲击强度分别提高了9.8%、45.9%;而此时复合材料的表观粘度降低,非牛顿指数和粘流活化能增加,超分散剂的使用加剧复合材料表观粘度的下降幅度,非牛顿指数和粘流活化能也呈降低趋势。
The YB hyper- dispersant is synthesized and HDPE/CaSO4 composite is prepared by melt blending method,the rheological behavior and mechanical properties of HDPE/CaSO4 composites modified by YB hyper - dispersant are experimentally investigated. The result shows, when the amount of YB hyper -dispersant is 1.2% ,and filling amount of CaSO4 is 30%, compared with non -modified filled,the flex ural modulus , flexural strength , tensile strength and impact strength of composites improved 3 7 . 6 % , 6.8% ,9.8% ,45.9% respectively. At the same time, the apparent viscosity decreased, but the flow -behavior index and ctivation energy increased,the using of YB hyper - dispersant prick up the descent degree of the apparent viscosity, the flow - behavior index and ctivation energy also present the depressed trend.
