Research on Synthesis of Trichlorosilane in Slurry Reactor

讨论在实验室以浆态床形式生产三氯氢硅的合成路线,重点研究了浆态床的不同介质体系、多种脱水催化剂、反应温度对实验结果的影响,并对合成尾气的处理做了简单的介绍。

The synthesis route of trichlorosilane which produced in slurry reactor at laboratory is discussed ,the effect of medium, catalyst, temperature to experimental result are mainly studied, the treatment of synthesis tail gas is introduced briefly.
