摘要
采用时域有限差分法,计算势垒透射过程中电子波的波函数和概率密度.根据蒙特卡罗随机方法,以随机点的密集程度代表概率密度的大小,模拟势垒透射的动态过程.
Both the wave function and the probability density of an electron wave during the process of barrier penetration are calculated based on the finite difference time domain method. Using the Monte Carlo method, we propose the probability density to be described by the denseness of random point and simulate dynamic process of potential barrier penetration.
